The clinic provides quality primary and preventive health care services to students enrolled in the program. It improves access to care for students, increased access to specialist referrals and other related services.
Services Provided include:
- Age-appropriate well-child exams
- Diagnosis and treatment of acute illness and injury
- Management and monitoring of chronic health conditions
- Lab testing
- Nutritional services
- Immunizations
- Allergy injections
- Mental health services
- Sports physicals
- PPD testing
Hours Monday- Friday 7:30am- 3:30PM following the school district calendar
NO CALL required
Will see approx. 10-15 kids a day.
Location: Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center · BEAVER RIVER SCHOOL BASED CLINIC
Schedule: Full Time, day shift, 8
