Overall responsibility for adult services in Jackson County to include Adult Therapists, Adult Community Support Specialists, Med clinic RN, PMHNP, and Physician including direct oversight and responsibility for fiscal and clinical performances

Monitor direct services and caseloads for all Adult Therapist and Adult CSS to ensure compliance to funding sources as evidenced by no cites on SDMH visits, post payment utilization billing reviews and Medicaid audits

Complete all reports, documentation, grants, administrative and data collection paperwork, etc. in compliance with assigned deadlines and requirements as required by DMH and all other funding sources by established timelines

As needed, complete individual service plan updates, emergency intakes, TCM and other paperwork necessary to assure continued consumer access to services

Must have at least a master’s degree in mental health or intellectual/developmental disabilities, or a related field and either (1) a professional license or (2) a DMH credential as a Mental Health Therapist

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
