Title : Adobe Workfront Developer

Job Type: Fulltime (No Corp to Corp)

Location : Dallas, TX

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and monitoring of API integration between Workfront and integrated systems like Coupa, Allocadia, Adobe products, Salesforce including troubleshooting, system updates, quality assurance, version control, managing service outages and bug fixes.
  • Assisting users with accessing and organizing various data points - including but not limited to building various views, reports, and dashboards.
  • User Profile Management - validate appropriate settings, including layout templates, job role, team assignments, license, access settings etc. Audit groups, teams and licenses assigned to terminated employees.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation at various communication levels including but not limited to technical, business oriented, user friendly, etc. Types of documents may include standard operating procedures, process flow diagrams, release notes, etc.
  • Development and maintenance of training videos, job aides, and knowledge base articles to teach best practices to users and end users alike. Conducting training sessions and/or seminars and recording training videos as needed.
  • Ability to review and QA data from multiple systems with a high level of confidence and deep understanding of the impacts across those various systems; assist in user acceptance testing and quality assurance tests for new releases.
  • Deliver and engage customers with initial Workfront scoping call to determine workflows personas and team structure to help progress the customers to acquire Adobe Workfront.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
  • Assist with maintenance of Confluence space dedicated to Workfront.

Requirements:

  • Solid knowledge and understanding of Workfront mechanics, personas, processes, and implementation
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of API's and SaaS platforms
  • Detailed understanding of Adobe Workfront object types including custom forms and approval workflows templates durations work effort planned hours
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of Adobe Workfront Setup including access levels layout templates project preferences and other methods to achieve simplicity of end user design
  • Adobe Workfront Core
  • Professional Certification preferred.

Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year
