Execute clerical functions in retail store & admission booth. Assist and support the retail manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the store. Greet customers courteously, ensure excellent retail experiences to customers. Assist visitors in person and over the phone by giving accurate information about the park and surrounding area. Follow park procedures to reserve a variety of camping areas. Operate cash registers and a point of sale program. Maintain and manage records of merchandise ordered and received. Keep the interior and exterior of the store & admission booth neat and clean. Weekends are required.
