As Commercial Division - Administrative Support you will be responsible for ensuring Liberty Landscape Supply’s dispatching of goods and services align with the companies defined operational goals. This position will lead the efforts around the dispatch of materials, equipment and resources in response to customer demands. This position will require managing both internal and external customer relationships.

· Ensure compliance of the logistical processes and procedures, responsible for order placement, supply, material replenishment and supplier performance.

· Manage and oversee the assignment of crews to execute deliveries throughout NE Florida.

· Select vendors through procurement practices that consider total cost of ownership and compliance adherence.

· Compare prices amongst various vendors in order to mke sound purchasing decisions.

· Monitors inventory to ensure the flow of goods remains adequate.

· Manages supplier relationships, resolves disputes and claims with suppliers and vendors.

· Evaluates the performance of vendors in order to decide whether or not to continue to buy from them.

· Ensures that products are delivered in a timely manner, and the quality of the goods received is satisfactory.

· Coordinates freight and manages delivery of shipments.

· Negotiates with vendors on price, mode of shipping and delivery time.

· Calls in 811s and coordinates efforts to meet the project deadlines.

· Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

  • Jacksonville, FL 32219: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
