Job Summary:
This position is the primary point of contact for all Auxiliary Services, Parking, Meal Plans, ID, and Event and Conference Services. This includes supporting the two assistant directors and the AVP of Auxiliary Services.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential:

1) Provide front-line customer service for Auxiliary Services (Parking, ID, Meal Plans, ID, Event and Conference services).

2) Manage and route phone calls appropriately.

3) Assists Aux Services AVP and Assistant directors with some essential administrative duties.

4) Provide assistance/information to campus and community partners.

5) Manage the Aux service email address and routes them to the appropriate person.

6) Assist Assistant directors with furniture replacement and parts.

7) Maintain inventory of classroom and conference spaces.

8) Assist the Auxiliary Services department as needed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience:

Demonstration of experience on administrative support experience.

Hands-on Experience with MS Office Suite

Demonstration of experience in a customer service field and experience in events.

Experience with 25live scheduling software and T2 preferred.

Demonstrate a track record of cultural sensitivity and collaborative settings.

Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.

Pay Rate:
$18.00 - $20.19 / hour commensurate with qualifications
