Georgia Stage, LLC, a Theatrical Curtain Manufacturer & Rigging Company located at 3765 Peachtree Crest Drive in Duluth GA, is seeking a part time administrative clerk. Candidate must possess an outgoing, warm, and friendly personality with excellent phone skills as well as be a team player. The successful candidate must be professional, detail-oriented, motivated, energetic, punctual, and dependable. Individual must possess excellent computer skills particularly in Excel and Word, a willingness to learn and accept new challenges, and a positive attitude. The position is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the front desk. The role is responsible for ordering and maintaining office supplies, as well as, creating product tags by transcribing sales orders as well as data entry in Excel and QuickBooks. The role also entails routine clerical tasks such as filing, mailing, faxing, email correspondence, recording meeting minutes, logging and routing phone calls, as well as other general office duties. In addition, the role may be responsible for booking travel arrangements, overseeing and scheduling maintenance workers, and negotiating contracts for office supplies and equipment.
Hours M-F, 4 hours a day
no nights
no weekends
