If this sounds like a culture you’d like to be a part of, Bobby Jones Links is hiring an Administrative Assistant. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Keep track and register vehicles and barcodes.
  • Register Golf Carts taking names and issuing actual sticker numbers.
  • General Office Work (Including folding statements and letters and stuffing envelopes, etc.)
  • Creating simple Excel and Word documents.
  • Process invoices and checks.
  • Answering emails and phone calls
  • Answer member and guest questions in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assisting the General Manager in the onboarding of new associates as needed.


Required Skills

  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Supply management.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Basic bookkeeping skills.

  • Spend time making repetitive motions such as typing.
  • Lift up to 25+ lbs. occasionally and to lift overhead and push/pull, move lighter objects.
