Administrative Assistant/Property Manager Job at Apartments In Iowa City
Hodge Construction, is in search of an Administrative assistant/Asst Property Manager for apartment rentals. The duties involved will include:
- Manage properties to owner’s expectations.
- Collect accounts receivable/past due collection.
- Manage business social media.
- Daily communication with tenants.
- Data entry.
- Property inspections.
- Assist with Turnover.
- Leasing -screening applications, preparing leases and collecting security deposits.
- Daily secretarial tasks; processing mail, phone calls, errands, etc.
- Other jobs as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work well in a stressful environment.
Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required. Must be able to work as a team member. Must be a self starter.
