Logistics Assistant - Bilingual (Spanish)

Schedule:
- Monday- Friday: 8:00-5:00pm
- Saturdays: 8:00-12:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the logistics department in various tasks.
- Maintain updated truck files including IFTA, records, and rental agreements, among others.
- Maintain updated driver files with all necessary information.
- Assist in hiring processes in conjunction with the human resources department.
- Assist in the training of drivers on the use of technology.
- Control and manage petty cash.
- Make necessary purchases for the department and logistics operations, including driver uniforms.
- Process and track drivers' diesel expenses.
- Monitor the department's uniforms.

Requirements:
- Fully bilingual, English/Spanish.
- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in both languages.
- At least 1 year of experience in admin assistant roles preferably in the logistics industries.
- Resourceful, creative problem solver.
- Exceptional computer skills using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
