Our company is seeking a highly-skilled and experienced administrative assistant to oversee our office's day-to-day operations. As an administrative assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in office management, exceptional organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception area
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Coordinate office events and staff meetings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Ensure office equipment is functioning properly
  • Maintain office policies and procedures
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms

Qualifications

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in an office manager or related role is required.
  • Skills: The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is also required.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively: As the administrative assistant, you will be responsible for juggling multiple tasks at once. The ability to prioritize effectively is essential.
  • Knowledge of office management best practices: The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of office management best practices and be able to implement them effectively.
