QPS Employment Group is hiring a Bilingual Administrative Assistant for our Kenosha, WI. This role will perform a wide variety of tasks including; front desk, phones, employee shift check-ins, building relationships, safety checks, employee relations, evaluations, coaching, reporting, etc.

The role requires the person to be dependable, approachable, self-motivated, sincere, factual, and committed to hard work. The person must possess the genuine desire to positively impact our associate employees and client we work with every day to ensure a great experience with QPS.

This is a full-time, internal opportunity with QPS Employment Group. Working hours will be Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 40 hours a week. This person will report directly to the Branch Manager.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service setting
  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to deal with a fast pace environment, multiple tasks, and a high volume of employees
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional and effective communication skills
  • High level of integrity and commitment
  • Must be highly organized and energetic
