POSITION TITLE: Human Resources and Team Member Development Administrative Assistant

DEPARTMENT: Operations

LOCATION: Eau Claire

REPORTS TO: Human Resources and Team Member Development Manager


POSITION SUMMARY:

Provide administrative support to the Human Resources and Team Member Development Team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administrative functions for Operations: Maintain Documents, Spreadsheets, answer and direct calls
  • Facilitate and organize drug testing and background checks
  • Maintain accurate records of schedule changes
  • Maintain accurate records/reporting for: Development Programs, Aware Line calls, and other reports for the department
  • Other duties as assigned by the Human Resources and Team Member Development Manager

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge of basic office equipment (fax machine, copier, printer, computer)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Have good organization and communication skills
  • Strong at multi-tasking
