ImpactOrtho, Inc. proudly represents Arthrex products and surgical techniques in Arizona. We are seeking a humble, driven, trustworthy, and positive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Phoenix, AZ.


The Administrative Assistant is responsible to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks for the CFO, HR, and Executive Team. Responsibilities include making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing bills, invoices, and reports as well as maintaining office upkeep.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performing day-to-day financial tasks assigned by CFO, including recording, and verifying invoices, data entry, reporting, etc.
  • Monthly closing and reporting responsibilities
  • Approving reimbursable expenses within expense reporting system and classifying other card transactions
  • Accounting and management of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Collections.
  • Assisting Hiring coordinator with interview scheduling, job posting platform, etc.
  • Assisting travel coordinator with travel requests for internal staff
  • Sorting and managing of business correspondence, in a timely manner.
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, printing, collecting, and distributing mail, ordering food for meetings, and reordering supplies.
  • Organize and maintain accounting email, reviewing, and scanning incoming mail
  • Maintain active credentialing status for all sales representatives by successfully completing initial and subsequent credentialing requirements specific to each hospital and surgery center.

Qualifications:

  • High School Degree: additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to assess multiple options and to identify the best choice to serve a specified goal.
  • Must be a team player, reliable and able to communicate and collaborate with traveling customers.
  • Be adaptable and flexible to constantly changing schedules
