The Position

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
 Greet, sign-in guests, and escort them to the appropriate meeting room or personnel.
 Receive, check in, and process all non-chemical shipments and mail received at the site.
 Assist in inventorying and ordering supplies.
 Maintain detailed expense reports.
 Plan and execute company events.
 Review resumes for open job postings, assist with scheduling interviews.
 Keep the non-lab community areas organized, stocked, and clean.
 Onboard new employees.
 Prepare shipping documents as needed.
 Maintain COVID-19 safety protocols as directed from federal, state and site
specifications.
 Develop and propose improvements to processes for the above functions.
 Other duties as assigned.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 A teamwork-orientated individual who can contribute to our strong work culture.
 Excellent organizational skills with the ability to implement effective time management
and task prioritization.
 Ability to quickly and effectively interpret directions into appropriate actions.
 Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
 Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
 Ability to work safely and professionally with or on Roche’s property.

Minimum Qualifications:

HS Diploma and 1 year of administrative experience.

OR

Bachelors Degree with less than 1 year of experience.

Relocation benefits are not available for this job posting.
The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Seattle, WA is $43,300 - $80,300 USD Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
