Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the office and supports the President and management by performing a variety of clerical, sales and administrative tasks. The ideal person for the job will be a problem solver with excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail. He/she will have previous experience working in an office environment, performing administrative tasks and providing support to coworkers. The ability to multitask and handle confidential information is a must.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the company.
  • Answer phones and add calls to CRM
  • Promote add on products such as Winworks Pay
  • Maintain office inventory and equipment and communicate any needed repairs with property management.
  • Request invoices for customers and checks for vendors from accounting.
  • Collect mail and maintain filing.
  • Mail newsletters an invoices
  • Support the sales department with scheduling demos and calls
  • Engage in overview and monitoring of key programs as Program Manager
Primary Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or related software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
  • Ability to work independently.

Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop; talk or hear. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
