Strategic Insight, Ltd. is seeking an (Staff Associate) Administrative Analyst (Training & Education Administrative Support), to perform high level administrative support to a department of defense program office in Northern, VA (Fort Belvoir).

Note: No government security clearance is required for this requirement.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Liaise with faculty, students, and customers regarding administrative and operations information.
  • Assist faculty with scheduling, planning, and executing conferences, and workshops while maintaining Microsoft Outlook calendars, and correspondence.
  • Support the attendees with questions and logistics.
  • Use SharePoint to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and record keeping.
  • Use Microsoft Teams to conduct meetings, webinars, and courses, by uploading course materials, administrative documents, and communications with students.
  • Assist faculty and staff ensuring learning materials are properly prepared and distributed.
  • Collect, compile, formulate, and disseminate pertinent data related to course schedule upon course wrap up as requested by course manager and program lead.
  • Participate in strategic planning efforts.
  • Collaborate with faculty on current operations, future plans, and goals.
  • Assemble, and present briefings for faculty use.
  • Prepare and consolidate reports requested by course manager and project leads after the conclusion of each course or program.

Success for working in this position requires:

  • One to two years related administrative program support experience required. Any experience with training / workshops program support experience a plus. DOD or academia experience desired.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Familiarity with SharePoint, and other 365 applications.
  • Learning Management Systems or database experience desired.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and work with others at all levels.
  • Initiative-taker, goal-oriented individual who provides timely feedback on progress made on assignments.
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks, handle complex assignments, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor s degree in related field required.
  • Prior related office experience preferred.
