Hickory Recovery, a network of experts who specialize in providing the absolute best rehab treatment for alcohol and drug addiction, is seeking a Licensed Therapist that has a passion for providing the highest quality of care with compassion and integrity while leading a successful team!

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

The Therapist will provide individual, group, and family therapies. Experience in addiction related therapeutic approaches are highly desirable. Therapists will treat a selected caseload of female and male clients suffering from behavioral health and addiction related issues. These clinicians must be able to perform biopsychosocial assessments, participate in multi-disciplinary treatment, and discharge planning for clients. Close communication with family members and referents is also required.

SCOPE:

Under the immediate supervision of the Clinical Director, The Licensed Therapist will be responsible for the individual, group and family therapies of all clients.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Licensed Therapists will provide individual, group and family therapy to the clients. They must complete timely and complete medical record documentation while adhering to the facility policy and procedures, State and Federal Law, and Joint Commission accreditation regulations and standards. Therapists will complete biopsychosocial assessments when Tele-Health is unavailable. They will also assist with discharge planning as needed.

Therapists will carry a case load of at least 10-12 clients.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

· Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, or related field required with Current Indiana Licensure

Or license eligible accepted.

· At least 2 years prior experience in a behavioral healthcare setting, with residential treatment experience preferred.

· Commitment to client, family, and referent satisfaction and the ability to maintain strict client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

· Professional appearance, aptitude, and attitude

· Impeccable ethics, integrity, and customer relations skills

· Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills

· Computer literacy and ability to use an EMR

· Knowledge of “best practices” behavioral medicine treatment delivery and methodologies

· Knowledge of MAT services or MAT certification preferred

· Sound clinical judgment and decision-making skills with the ability to understand the requirements of the clientele

· Reliable transportation required

COMPENSATION:

Licensed Therapist: $60,000-$75,000/year

Licensed Eligible: $50,000-$60,000/year
