Sitting at the intersection of media, marketing, and technology, WRAL Digital is a digital advertising agency in Raleigh, and we are looking for an Advertising Operations Manager to join our team. The Ad Operations Manager will mentor and develop our team of campaign managers, help manage our ad technology stack and work closely with development to ensure a seamless ad experience on our websites and apps.

The Ad Operations Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing and mentoring a team of campaign managers responsible for executing digital advertising campaigns
• Overseeing inventory and yield management
• Owning relationships with Google Ad Manager and the other ad technology vendors we use
• Overseeing and implementing new ad technology to target new + improve existing revenue streams
• Building and refining process to improve campaign fulfillment and minimize rate of errors, creating a more efficient and effective digital advertising business
• Monthly reconciliation, aligning booked and delivered revenue and services rendered
• Reviewing and approving partner invoices on a monthly basis
• Collaborating with internal and external technology teams on ad taxonomy and technology on WRAL.com and other owned and operated properties

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of advertising operations experience in a digital agency, media company or consultancy
• Experience using Google Ad Manager; familiarity with other digital advertising tactics, including programmatic advertising
• Experience using Wide Orbit and familiarity with Google Analytics is a plus
• Experience leading a team
• A positive attitude with outstanding communication and time management skills
• Skilled at training and teaching
• Experience managing complex fulfillment processes and operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel/spreadsheets and comfortable learning new software as needed, including our internal project management system (ClickUp)
