Activity Coordinator Job at Beehive Homes Assisted Living
BeeHive Homes of New Mexico is looking for a creative, compassionate and hard working activity coordinator. We are an assisted living village for the elderly ages 60 and up and we serve to to 90 residents.
Job Duties include:
Coming up with daily activities
Field Trips
Coordinate outside performances
Budgeting activity expenses / Handle the work credit card
Creating a monthly calendar
Maintaining the activity room and storage room
Activity Coordinator is a wonderful job to have. You have the opportunity to care for and have fun with New Mexico's grandmas and grandpas. We celebrate birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, and we have large catered events that need to be planned out.
Applicants must be reliable and dedicated to their job.
Have a clear driving record and undergo a background check.
Must have at least one year of caregiving experience.
Must be able to lift residents in need and handle emergency situations.
We need someone who works well with a team and avoids gossip.
