Traditions of North Bend is an upscale senior living community offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care options to our residents.

We have 2 full-time openings for an Activity Assistant, includes every other weekend.

1 opening is in our Memory Care unit and 1 is in our Assisted living Unit.

Job Duties:

• Carries out monthly activity calendar with varied activities.
• Recruits, organizes, trains, and recognizes volunteers to expand and supplement the activity program while including the largest number of residents possible.
• Involves resident families, the community, and volunteers in activities to help the resident transition and maintain a satisfying well-being and positive state of mind.
• Encourages residents to participate in meaningful activities.
• Maintains all activity areas in a neat and orderly manner.
• Participates in Resident Council meetings as needed.
• Assists the Community Relations Director with coordinating community events.
• Maintains community involvement.

Education & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
