Accounts Receivable Specialist Job at RGA Architects Inc.
We are looking for an organized, nimble-fingered, and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Associate to handle bookkeeping, accounting tasks, and general office organization.
Responsibilities:
- Generate invoices and maintain records of accounting transactions.
- Participate in the formation of company financial statements.
- Oversee regulatory reporting, frequently including tax planning, compliance, and trends.
- Evaluate and improve upon existing accounting processes while ensuring that practices comply with organization accounting policies, applicable laws, and regulations
- Communicate routinely with Project Mangers on a variety of job-related topics including contract agreements and billing.
- Work with project management staff ensuring proper compliance with accounting procedures including reviewing and analyzing job cost estimates and reports monthly.
- Organize and maintain general office records.
- May perform other duties as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
