Primary Duties:

Full cycle Accounts Receivable

Collections of past due receivables when needed and escalating timely when appropriate

Collaborating with other team members to ensure timely receipt of needed paperwork for billing

Preparing bank deposits

Contact carrier vendors when needed for missing paperwork

Other tasks assigned

Desired Skills and Qualifications

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal errors

Above average experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Team Player

Punctual with good attendance

Attention to detail

High level of confidentiality a must

Transportation experienced preferred but not mandatory

Ability to prioritize and complete daily tasks with little supervision

2 Years in AR & QuickBooks a must

Opportunity for full time after 6 Months

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
