Description:

This person will be joining an industrial HVAC service company as an Accounts Receivable Specialist. The client specializes in commercial HVAC service, repair, maintenance and installation of HVAC systems.

Responsibilities:

Billing and AR

Proficiency on all aspects on accounting including debits/credits, setting up proper accounts

Prepare monthly AR statements for review

Perform invoicing daily with minimal errors

Invoices to be sent within 1 week of completion for Maintenance, Quoted work and time and material jobs

Invoices to be sent within 2 weeks of completion for time and material jobs with more

AR collections weekly to reduce outstanding payments

Read and respond to emails daily, acknowledge receipt of tasks delegated

Set up maintenance agreements and billings in BuildOps, generate reports and transfer into QuickBooks

Memorize and become an expert on the workflow processes assigned to your position

Utilize Wrike to stay organized and on top of requests provided by team members

Assist CFO in administrative tasks and projects delegated
