Accounts Receivable Specialist Job at AQUA BLUE POOLS
Immediate Opening – Accounts Receivable Specialist needed for swimming pool company located in Hollywood, SC. Full-time, Monday - Friday.
$47k-$55k- Based on experience.
We offer a competitive salary and full benefits are available after 90 days.
Candidate must possess the following work experience and skills.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Setting up new clients in the database and software program
- Monthly and daily account billing
- Collection of account balances
- Processing client payments
- Updating records in software, access database, and excel spreadsheets.
Candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills, strong computer skills with accurate data entry, the ability to closely pay attention to detail, must be able to multi-task.
