Now Hiring an Accounts Receivable specialist in Trenton, NJ. Spherion of NJ is working with a dynamic and growing company that is looking for their next Accounts Receivable specialist. The Accounts Receivable specialist will be working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
Process and mail weekly statements and monthly statements.
Account for and Process all COD invoices (Research open COD?s) using Datatron system
Process deposits and prepare for courier pickup
Enter deposits in QuickBooks
Reconcile daily cash and credit card payments
Process credits for all returned parts
Process and mail customer refund checks and change refund (enter in QuickBooks as needed)
Assist dispatch and other locations with them reconciling their cash drawers
Verify and correct all daily canceled invoices
Process payments to courier and Weekly Petty Cash and others as needed
Distribute mail daily
Work with various departments to achieve goals
Work with outside sales on AR issues
Prepare Accounting boxes for Sayreville, Windsor & Freehold
Pronto Rebate totals for yearly review
Filing of invoices, credits, cancels, COD?s, credit cards by type and date.

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 AM

Skills:
Strong oral and written communication
Knowledge of retailer vendor compliance a plus
Detail oriented and organized

Education:
Associate

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
Must be proficient in MS Excel, working with a lot of spreadsheets.
