As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll play an integral role in maintaining our client’s reputation by ensuring streamlined accounting processes.
Your day-to-day as an Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Collaborating with internal departments to gather, analyze, and interpret relevant financial data
- Receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices
- Verifying vendor accounts, paying vendors, and resolving purchase orders, invoices, or payment discrepancies
- Keeping informed of regulatory requirements, sales, tax guidelines, and best practices in accounting
Your skills and experience:
- COVID vaccination is required
- 2 years of experience as an accounts payable specialist, or equivalent role is required
- Knowledge of accounting and business ERP systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
