Title: Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Corvallis, OR
Duration: 3 Months (C2H)
Job Description:
- Responsible for the preparation and processing of Accounts Payable checks and related reports.
- Additional responsibilities include day-to-day clerical duties and special projects for the department.
- Frequent contact with the purchasing department, various department managers who approve invoices, and outside vendors.
Experience/Education/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. College-level coursework in accounting or related field preferred.
- Accounts payable experience required.
- Experience in ERP, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is required.
- Experience with OnBase or PeopleSoft preferred.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $15.48 - $22.64 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Corvallis, OR: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
