Description:Basic Job Purpose:
Intuition College Savings Solutions provides records administration and customer service to states offering College Savings and Prepaid Tuition Plans. Position is responsible for providing timely payables processing and account servicing financial transactions and adjustments.

Essential Functions:*

• Reviewing accounts payables (school invoices and consumer distribution requests) for accuracy.
• Creating Accounts payable invoice batches and account coding with minimal errors and within required processing timeframes.
• Processing financial account servicing transactions to include but not limited to participant contributions, payroll contributions, withdrawals, financial adjustments, refunds, rollovers, inter account transfers, investment rebalances and future allocations.
• Perform reconciliation activity of contributions to record keeping system
• Research and resolve payment exception items to include but not limited to suspense items, payroll exception items, contribution reversals, withdrawal reversals.
• Maintaining great customer relationships by responding quickly and accurately to both internal (employee) and external (schools/customers) questions and requests for information.
• Perform quality review of periodic financial activities including but not limited to quarterly participants statements and tax reporting.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements: Education, Experience & Skills: High school diploma or 2+years prior accounting/financial experience. A relevant degree may be substituted for experience. Strong analytical and math skills. Ability to understand and solve financial transactions/reconciliations. Multi-task oriented, self-starter, deadline-driven, planning, organization, time-management, detail-oriented, teamwork, customer-driven. Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Exel, Outlook). Multi-task oriented. Self-started and highly motivated.
