Position Summary:
The AP Specialist is responsible for supporting the financial team in completing accounting processes and cycles for American Roller Company/Plasma Coatings. This position will be responsible for assisting Accounts Payable with filing, processing checks, assist with electronic invoicing and other tasks to support the team.
Key Job Responsibilities included but not limited to:
- Reconcile electronic invoicing to ensure all billing is complete.
- Reconciles vendor statements, researches, and corrects discrepancies.
- Ensures invoices are properly coded to the appropriate expense or balance sheet account.
- Reconciling and filing of AP invoices after weekly check processing
- Interacts with vendors, purchasing and customer service departments.
Experience:
- Experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in a manufacturing environment·
- Demonstrated knowledge of accounting processes and cycles
- Experience with Microsoft Office products, ERP system experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $49,000.00 per year
