The Accounts Payable Processor reports to the Accounts Payable Manager, and is located in Lewisville, TX.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Accounts Payable Processor is responsible for accurately entering a high volume of incoming invoices. This is a position which preserves the integrity of electronic record keeping. This position will work closely with the Accounts Payable Lead and report directly to the Accounts Payable Manager.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Verification of each detail necessary to process invoices according to three-way match
  • Attention to detail regarding all areas for accurate invoice processing
  • Passing of incomplete invoices to the Team Lead with proper documentation
  • Maintaining a processing quota for each calendar periods within the divisions assigned
  • Rate of processing will be assessed weekly to properly record and track quotas for performance appraisals
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

  • Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is imperative
  • Maintain a high level of invoice processing
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral, written, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 4+ years' experience in Accounts Payable
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office and the ability to learn other internal software (Navision, Global Edge and Oracle)
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check

The range provided represents the national average pay range for this position and is considered to be a general guideline. Pay for this position will reflect the candidate’s unique qualifications and may be higher or lower than the range provided based on employee geographic location. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other local, state, and federal law.

In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for participation in TriMark’s’ benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K (with employer match), etc. Leadership positions may also qualify for participation in bonus programs commensurate with role and scope of responsibility.
