Accounts Payable Associate Job at Mini Melts of America
Responsibilities:
● Review and prepare vendor invoices for processing into the company accounting system.
● Record company credit card transactions into the company accounting system.
● Reconcile vendor accounts against vendor statements.
● Provide a three-way match on PO invoices assuring all goods have been received prior to entering invoice.
● Reconcile the Accounts Payable register to ensure that invoices and payments are posted in accordance with financial procedures and policies.
● Process outgoing payments, obtaining approvals and signatures as needed.
● Provide detailed support to management relating to the invoices and payments processed.
● Complete weekly and monthly ledger reconciliations.
Skills and Qualifications:
● Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
● Prior experience in accounts payable.
● Experience with cloud-based software platforms.
● Ability to pay attention to detail and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 - $25.00 per hour
