Accounting Specialist/Bookkeeping Clerk Job at PRECISION GARAGE DOOR SERVICES
Precision Door Service is looking for an Accounting Specialist/Bookkeeper to join our expanding team! We are looking for a flexible and reliable person to oversee financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, daily financial entries and reconciliations.
The Ideal Candidate:
Will have an Associates or greater in business administration (will substitute working experience)
Will have great problem solving and analytical skills
Will be self-starter with the ability to work alone on tasks or collaborate as part of a team.
Will have experience Maintaining customer relationships and vendor relationships.
Will maintain integrity.
2+ years of Bookkeeping Experience
Will have excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Will be able to prepare/review/and understand a financial statement.
Day to Day Tasks Include but aren’t Limited to:
Daily Credit Card reconciliation.
Daily check deposits/Weekly Cash Deposits
Processing payments via CC
Working with finance customers, requesting funds
Weekly payments to vendors
Collections
Attention to detail and ability to use judgment and rationale to assist in daily decision making.
Must be a motivated team player with a positive attitude.
Ability to effectively communicate with the customer and represent the company in a professional manner
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
