Accounting/Invoicing Clerk
Job Duties:
- Responsible for the processing of customer invoicing and returns.
- Responsible for customer tax exempt certificates.
- Assist accounting team with accounts receivable payments and customer questions
- Light troubleshooting of office equipment
Full time position, Monday-Friday at our Columbia store. After 60-day probationary period, the following benefits are available:

Job Requirements:
- Organizational skills, strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy
- Quick to learn, strong work ethic and focus
- Proficient in basic Microsoft software programs: Excel, Outlook, Word, Access
- Skilled multitasking
- Excellent typing skills with speed and accuracy with ability to process large volumes of data and transactions
- Calm, professional demeanor with fellow employees and customers; professional phone and email communications a must
- Ability to meet deadlines, calm under pressure
- Confidentiality and integrity
- Thorough and organized in following through while providing timely response and resolution for customer inquiries
- Dependable in-office attendance a must for this position
- Experience with general office equipment
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Associate degree in accounting preferred, but not required with strong experience
- Accounting/bookkeeping experience required
- Retail experience helpful
