Accounting Clerk Job at TEK Productions, LLC
TEK Productions is a full-service production company creating immersive experiences in the live show, business meeting and event space.
This position provides general accounting support to the business in the daily operation of TEK Productions. This is a part-time position.
Requirements
- Provide general accounting support including data entry and reconciliations
- Assist in tracking and pulling reports for various company accounts; i.e. Uber, ePass, Amazon, Staples, etc.
- Receive and route payables for approval and enter bills to be paid
- Interact with vendors in a professional and courteous manner and handle inquiries, problem-solve and research as directed
- Process and verify expense reports for 24+employees
- Input company credit card transactions across all lines of service
- Acquire Certificates of Insurance and process as directed
- Participate in special projects as needed
- Provide backup coverage for the front office as needed
- Available for flexible work schedule, overtime, nights/weekends may be required
Qualifications
- Superb organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Ability to work proactively and independently
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Proven initiative to complete assignments and meet deadlines
- Integrity in maintaining confidential information
- Ability to work with a variety of personnel, at every level, in a creative environment
- 2+ Years of general accounting or bookkeeping experience with knowledge of budgeting/accounting principles
- Working knowledge of Quickbooks accounting software
- Experience in Microsoft Office computer programs; MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and MS Teams
- Prior experience in entertainment, film or production environment is a plus
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
