We are searching for an Accounting Associate to add to our TEAM! Our work environment and the hospitality industry require a friendly and courteous demeanor, positive communication skills, a team-minded work ethic, and a positive customer service mindset.

You will love to dig into the detailed “stuff,” share your ideas and help make them happen. You will partner constantly with different functions of the team, so you must be able to adapt to different personalities and styles.

Daily, you serve as a direct liaison between an assigned group of hotels and the financial accounting team for those hotels. Your primary areas of responsibility are: reviewing hotel revenues and receipts, performing bank account reconciliations, reviewing and monitoring the hotel’s subsidiary ledgers, reviewing reports from the hotel’s night auditors, and investigating and resolving reconciliation issues.

Job Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt

Experience: General Accounting/Bookkeeping (2 years, preferred)

Education: Associate Degree in Accounting (preferred)
