Remedy Intelligent Staffing is looking for a Full-Time Accounting Assistant located in Kapolei!
Pay: $16 per hour pay
Location: Kapolei
Job Description:
- Handles accounts payable/accounts receivable, all billing functions, and invoicing.
- Prepare travel reimbursement requests and travel documents
- Travel coordination and scheduling
- Data entry; utilizing internal Databases and Microsoft Office
- General administrative duties- filing, scanning, using office equipment
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Prior accounting background or education preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
