Seeking a full- time entry level Accounting Assistant to join our team in Lisle, IL. Must have strong Microsoft Excel skills such as building extensive spreadsheets, v-looks and creating pivot tables. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply!
Job Duties/Responsibilities:

- Provide support to the Accounting, Financial, and Project Management functions.
- Perform basic office tasks, such as data entry, basic Accounts Payable, basic Account Receivable, etc.
- Navigating online platforms used for Timesheets, Expenses, Accounts Payable, and Travel.
- Maintaining databases, ensuring records are complete and current.
- Handling communication with vendors and clients via phone or email.
- Preparing basic financial reports.
- Assisting with audits and resolving discrepancies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in a related field (preferred).
- 1 to 5 years of financial/accounting experience.
- Ethical behavior when dealing with sensitive financial information.
- Proficiency with computers, MS Office, and web-based interfaces.
- Proficiency in using formulas/tables in Excel.
- Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
- Exceptional time management and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
Pay range: $24-$25hr.
