Surdex Corporation, a geospatial mapping firm located in Chesterfield, MO, is seeking an Accountant to join the Finance team and process accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, purchase orders, billing, and a variety of other tasks.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Required:

• Associate degree Accounting or Finance or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ years' job-related experience.
• Self-motivated with the ability to accomplish tasks with minimal direction.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Strong analytic, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Eligibility to secure a government security clearance, including US citizenship.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
• 2+ years' job-related experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics/Great Plains).

This position pays a base rate of $24.04/hour ($50,000/year, annualized) and is eligible for overtime at 1.5 times the base pay rate.
