We are hiring Account Resolution Specialists to join our Commercial Collections team in Brooklyn Heights. Our Account Resolution Specialists/Collectors work in a call center environment within our professional law office setting. They are responsible for making outbound calls to consumers of our clients and taking inbound calls from said consumers. As a third party representing our clients, they notify and/or locate consumers with delinquent loans and attempt to secure payment according to compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), WWR's guidelines, and client standards. SCHEDULE:
M-F 8am - 4:45pm with 2 days a month until 6pm

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• 1 year consistent work experience required, in hospitality field, customer service, call center or sales experience preferred.
• Accurate typing and data entry skills.
• Consistently achieves 85% or better on monthly revenue goals.
• Knowledge of basic computer operation, including internet research.
• Maintains composure in difficult situations.
• Communicates effectively verbally and in writing.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Commercial Collections experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred, but not required.
