Account Payable Specialist Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $19.23 /hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 09:00am to 05:00pm)
- Reviews and verifies invoices and check requests for proper coding and amount.
- Prepares invoices for payment.
- Researches and resolves invoice discrepancies and other issues.
- Generates and sends out client invoices while ensuring billing is accurate and up to date
Account Payable Specialist Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Accounting knowledge
- Strong Mathematical skills
- Accounting or relevant experience preferred
