As an Account Manager, you will be working with our Channel Accounts' information and data that is pertinent to their business growth, and ours! This is not a sales position, but rather a technical role to maintain our back-end information for our third-party channels. Our Account Managers are positive, upbeat people who value knowledge and customer satisfaction, and enjoy helping others. We are seeking someone who wants to excel in their career, push boundaries, create new strategies and work their way up! ZLINE’s customer experience is top priority - Everyone hired on as a ZLINE employee will receive 2-3 months of customer experience training before moving into their respective department training. This training is proven to be the best way to learn product and company knowledge which is applicable to every role within the company.


Key Roles & Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required, higher education a plus! (Associates, Bachelors, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great organizational and follow-up skills
  • Prepare for new product launches, which includes creating training material for CS, organizing specs/ marketing copy and launching products on each channel
  • Notify partners of upcoming promotions
  • Competitive Research
  • Make improvements/ update to product listings as new content and copy becomes available
  • Audit channels for MAP and accurate listing information
  • Develop strong business relationships with our partners
  • Monitor and respond to reviews on listings
  • Analyze sales on a channel, category and SKU level
  • Develop strategies to increase sales and strengthen partnerships

Working Hours & Hours of Operation


Reno, Nevada: Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm with a 1-hour lunch, Fridays 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with a 30 minute lunch

Compensation


$45,000-$60,000 Salaried, Dependent Upon Experience

Pay dates are biweekly
