We are looking to add a passionate
Account Manager to join our Columbus Team! The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of account management and excellent customer service.
We believe success in this position requires someone who can maintain quality relations with existing accounts, has experience with B2B upselling and can support the company’s goals through daily communications with the sales and operations teams, to ensure quality service.
What You Will Do
- Analyze customer needs for additional sales opportunities
- Oversee profitability and accurate invoicing of accounts to meet deadlines.
- Attend weekly operations/sales meeting to discuss upcoming business, review existing accounts, review contracts for re-bids, address any issues, etc.
- Site visits of all your accounts on a regular basis and, as needed, work in field with technicians to assure customer satisfaction
- Provide operations team, work orders and prints for each account, on a daily/weekly basis.
- Daily use in our CRM system to record activity.
About You
- Account Management or B2B Sales Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Valid Driver’s License, as this position requires you to travel locally
