Favor Texas

Favor is the food delivery app made by Texans, for Texans. As an Account Manager I, you’ll be responsible for building relationships with mid-size local restaurant partners and growing their business with Favor’s platforms. We are looking for a candidate who has historically shown continued growth and excellent selling techniques with accounts. In this role, you should strive to become an expert on the various products and tools available, showing a hunger for knowledge and insight across how the company interacts with each product and tool.

What you'll do:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners by highlighting the value and return of the Favor Merchant Program through relevant data insights.
    • Troubleshoot and respond in a timely manner to client questions and requests for information. Identify and close cross-sell opportunities for key partners.
    • Develop forward-thinking, data driven analysis to help with overall merchant strategy and impact on the business.
    • Partner closely with the sales team to ensure new clients are on-boarded efficiently.
    • Work closely with Marketing & Content teams to manage our Promotional Calendar.
    • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.

Skills you have:

    • A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience.
    • 1+ years of experience in customer facing roles.
    • A strong history of managing accounts/relationships over the phone or in person.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to learn quickly.
    • A highly customer-focused mindset with a consultative approach.
