Position Summary:

Specialty pharmacy seeking a highly motivated, result oriented professional to develop and manage the sales and marketing efforts throughout the Richmond Area. Responsible for developing long term referral relationships within the legal and medical communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all sales and marketing efforts in the territory.
  • Develop, analyze, prioritize and execute territory plans to achieve referral results.
  • Call on targeted attorneys and physicians to effectively promote our specialty services through one-on-one meetings, lunches, exhibits/presentations, conventions/seminars and other appropriate means.
  • Actively participate in company sales meetings.
  • Demonstrate honesty and integrity while modeling behaviors consistent with company standards and policies for business and compliance related matters.
  • Responsible for accurately reporting sales activities, territory expenses and submitting written reports to management.
  • Establish and maintain existing and new referral sources.
  • Other related duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Knowledge of Workers' Compensation a plus
  • Minimum Two years’ sales experience required in a quota driven role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong Relationship Building abilities
  • Demonstrated success in Persuasion, Influence and Negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to travel and must have a good driving record

Salary/Compensation:

  • Base Salary Negotiable
  • Commissions are uncapped and begin at your first dollar in sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
