What We Are Looking For
The Account Executive will collaborate with the sales team in Boston, working towards one goal rather than individual goals. We would like someone for this role that has high energy, is organized, can communicate with different personas within an account, and has strong PPT & presentation skills.
What You Will Do
  • Responsible for high revenue generation in more complex accounts/territories
  • Assess clients, including balance sheet and business health to determine the feasibility of partnering
  • Position value propositions to meet customer needs and end-user business priorities
  • Work with others to ensure appropriate pricing while managing the milestones essential for timely
    proposal delivery
  • Capitalize on early wins and customer satisfaction to expand business or by introducing relevant Panduit account management teams
  • Document account plans and business forecasts
  • Develop strategies and plans for managing account pursuit activities
  • Build client executive business relationships
  • Manage channel conflicts
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • 5 years outside sales experience
  • Ability to win, close, and acquire new accounts
  • Ability to coach and develop others
  • Ability to network through numerous eco systems
  • Technical sales experience
  • Understanding of structured cabling is a plus
  • Understanding of IT networks
  • Understanding of distribution
