Mission Control Operator Needed for Space Mission

In the Account Coordinator role, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that all deadlines are met while also delegating tasks, and managing the productivity of our team. You will be responsible for assigning tasks to the right team members, checking on progress, and ensuring that each project is completed on time and to the highest standard.

Not just for getting along with everyone during company retreats, monthly office barbeques, and the occasional drink after work, but you will work closely with the executive, accounts, and design teams to understand each client’s industry, products/services, branding, and marketing goals while maintaining clear and open lines of communication between the two.


Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Work with fast-moving, multifunctional teams simultaneously
  • Prepare account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, proposals, and other client communications and correspondence.
  • Participate in and document discussions.
  • Field and process internal information requests.
  • Maintain current work-in-progress records and archives of past project information as appropriate.
  • Creating and/or providing feedback on project timelines.
  • Manage Communications between internal team members
  • Streamline processes for task management, creative briefs, deadlines, and internal communication possess
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within the scope
  • Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle across multiple projects
  • Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs
  • Keep track of all project-related paperwork; ensure all needed materials are current and properly filed and stored
  • Communicate timeline changes and new information to the team; track project changes and adjust schedules as needed
  • Arrange and manage team goals, project schedules, and new information; keep all material up to date
  • Monitor current projects and coordinate all team members involved to keep workflow on track

Skills:

  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience using Mac computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Asana or Basecamp)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience/Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, administration, or 5+ years of related job experience
  • Previous experience in a creative agency setting a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior computer skills; well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong and thorough knowledge of Excel

This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position and you will be required to work in our Murrieta, CA location two set days per week following our hybrid remote schedule.
