Are you an experienced AC Maintenance Technician? Do you have experience with property maintenance? If so, join our team as the AC Maintenance Technician at our newly renovated luxury apartment community on Citrus Blvd. in River Ridge: Citrus Creek East apartments.
1st Lake Properties is owner-manager of 75 different market-rate apartment communities in the Greater New Orleans area and we have been in business for over 50 years. The people we are looking for will be highly skilled technicians who pay attention to detail and are team players. The ideal candidates will have a background in property maintenance and will have a license to work with refrigerant. #BeThe1
Technicians joining our team should have:
- Experience with repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliances
- EPA Section 608 certified to work with refrigerants (we can test and certify you if needed)
- Tools and reliable transportation; and, a valid driver's license
- The ability to work in an on-call rotation for emergency calls
What you will do as a Maintenance Technician on our Team:
- Provide our residents with HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair services in a friendly, courteous and expedient manner
- Prepare vacant apartments for new resident move-ins
- Participate in an on-call rotation with other maintenance technicians for emergency after-hours calls
- Complete required paperwork such as inventory logs, service tickets and daily recap sheets
