We are looking for dedicated, enthusiastic, and eager ABA therapists to join us in this mission. Position Type: full time andpart-time positions available

Monday - Friday and every other Saturday

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma. (Bachelor's Degree and/or educational coursework completed in the areas of: Child Development, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.)
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
  • A drive to be part of an innovative and growing organization.

Job Duties:

  • Provide direct behavioral services to clients within the clinic, home, school, or community.
  • Run skill acquisition programs with clients using the components of Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Work with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collect data and graph data as instructed.
  • Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients.
  • Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients during treatment sessions and when emergency crisis situations arise.
  • Other job duties as assigned by the Clinical Director or other administrator

Salary/Hourly Rate: Commensurate with experience.
