Our specialization is in providing comprehensive, individualized, behavioral therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This process is completed through the fundamental science of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and its various evidence based methodologies.

With the prevalence of Autism increasing (one in 68 children, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 2014), the need for quality behavioral therapy is at an all-time high. Our mission is simple, to provide these therapy services with the highest level of quality to our clients and their families. To accomplish this, it starts with hiring the right people! We are looking to grow our company from the ground up with intelligent, professional, creative, and passionate individuals who are looking build upon their skills within the field of behavioral therapy or join into a new career all together! More importantly, we are not looking to over work you or under-deliver in the service to our families!

Presently, we are looking for full-time employees. We have 1 open position for program managers.

Below is a short description for the position and the necessary qualifications.

CURRENT OPENINGS: All positions will be filled within the surrounding San Francisco and East Bay areas. Spanish, Cantonese, and/or Mandarin speakers are a bonus.

About the Program Manager Role:

The Program Manager’s primary role is to ensure that the intervention and all aspects related to it are implemented and progressed through in an efficient and effective manner. This includes but is not limited to the effectiveness of the intervention, education of the client’s caregivers, professional development of the staff, and the correct implementation of the intervention. Additionally, all of these aspects must be maintained within the ethical Guidelines for Responsible Conduct as outlined by the Behavior Analysts Certification Board.

Program Manager Responsibilities

  • Take part in the development of companywide policies, systems, protocols, templates, etc.
  • Ensure that all aspects of the intervention are being run with fidelity and consistency by therapist on their teams.
  • Meet with the Clinical Directors and Behavior Therapists to discuss cases monthly.
  • Complete intervention binders and all necessary components.
  • Ensure the accurate collection of data through training/regular reviews and provide ongoing program adjustments and evaluation based on data samples and observations.
  • Ensure compilation of consistent data collections needed to complete progress reports.
  • Assist in the completion and submission of progress and assessment reports to the Clinical Director as requested before specified deadlines.
  • Assist in the completion of bi-annual evaluations of Behavior Therapist
  • Provide education, modeling, and guidance to the Behavior Therapist on ABA fundamentals and the correct implementation of their interventions.
  • Provide effective and efficient guidance on the implementation of behavioral strategies and tactics, to help meet specified goals and ensure procedural fidelity through ongoing lesson and general intervention notes, strength based notes, and team texts.
  • Coordinate and complete case reviews with clinical director upon submission of assessments and progress reports (within one week)
  • Ensure that scheduled appointments and makeup appointments are being met
  • Attend, organize, and lead monthly Team Meetings.
  • Provide on-site and remote supervision of programs.
  • Provide resources needed for interventions (folders, lesson materials)
  • Manage and resolve grievances within teams. Seek guidance for team issues as needed.
  • Encourage therapists to continue to better themselves as employees and their roles within the company through regular appreciation, accountability, and opportunities for empowerment.
  • Train parent(s)/guardian to effectively implement their intervention plan within the home andcommunity setting. Coordinate training schedules with clinical directors.
  • Implements punishment and/or reinforcement within the team in an effective and professional manner.
  • Ensure that general PPE and overlap expectations are being followed as prescribed.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or enrolled in a Master’s program.
  • Training on the fundamentals of ABA.
  • Master’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field and/or Bachelor’s degree with 12 units of an approved ABA coursework sequence.
  • Familiarity with ABA tools/methods (i.e. DTT, NET, PECS, PRT, etc.) and principles of behavior modification.
  • Minimum 2-year experience working with children with special needs, such as Autism-Experience implementing behavior and educational procedures.

Additional Program Manager position roles & qualifications:

Program Manager II – score a minimum of 75% on a current Program Manager evaluation and at least 75% on a current Program Manager test. Promotion can also be awarded earlier on a case-by-case basis.

Senior Program Manager – score a minimum of 85% on a current Program Manager evaluation and at least 85% on a current Program Manager test. Program Manager Pay:

$28-$38 per hour - benefits and pay dependent on type of employment.

-Ability to clear FBI & DOJ fingerprinting
